Scratching the Surface with Vhils.

Portuguese street artist Alexandre Farto (more uncommonly knows as Vhils) takes to the streets, converting walls to scratchboard, chipping away at the plaster and creating some of the most ruggedly unique street art I have seen. By removing the negative space with a weathered touch the wall becomes the subject itself. Clean and clear, Vhils is kicking ass.
